“The 2025 harvest concludes this week across our estates, characterized by historic precocity. The whites, picked as early as mid-August before the late-month rains, show low yields but a remarkable balance between aromatics and acidity.

The red harvest unfolded within a rather tight timeframe: the first Merlots, sometimes marked by water stress, kicked off as early as September 4, quickly followed by the majority starting on the 8th. The Cabernets took over from the 15th, fully benefiting from the lifesaving rains at the end of August.

While the sanitary condition of the grapes remained excellent, the generosity of the September rains led teams in some places to adjust their pace to complete the harvest under the best conditions. However, on certain exceptional terroirs, we chose to wait until the beginning of this week to pick the last Cabernet Sauvignons, in order to refine particularly concentrated tannic richness.

The first tastings of batches reveal a true vintage signature, worthy of the great vintages ending in five, accompanied by remarkable diversity depending on the terroir. The effects of water stress and contrasting rainfall have shaped varied expressions, which make the richness and interest of 2025 in its own identities.

We approach this vintage with enthusiasm. It promises to be a great one—complex and unique—where careful attention to harvest dates and then to winemaking will be decisive in preserving the brilliance of the fruit and achieving the perfect balance with a particularly rich tannic structure.”
