Chateau Rahoul White

This is a very clean and focused white with notes of gooseberries, lemon pith, crushed stones and spices. It’s medium-bodied, really tense and vivid. A little chewy at the end.

Bright yellow colour with green hue. Rich nose with aroma reminiscent of ripe pear and peaches, grapefruit zest, hints of fresh aromatic herbs in the background. On the palate pleasant approach with juicy fruit and aromatic herbs, tropical fruit in the background, fine acidity and almost salty minerality, very good length.

Light yellow green, silver reflections. Delicate notes of lime blossom, pineapple and mango, a hint of meadow herbs. Slender, somewhat loosely knit, subtle fruit expression, lemony and mineral finish, lime in the aftertaste.

White peach, honeyed orange, and some floral notes all emerge from the 2023 Château Rahoul Blanc, a medium-bodied, juicy, elegant white with nicely integrated acidity and a clean, classy finish.

Une opulence dorée au bouquet grâce à la prédominance de sémillon dans l’assemblage. Entre agrumes et fruits blancs, on retrouve des fleurs miellées, des fleurs de genêt, du noyau de pêche et du foin frais. La bouche, classique, est réveillée par des notes citronnées, mais l’ensemble pourrait bénéficier de plus de générosité et de tension.

The white 2023 Rahoul sashays out with showy notes of orange blossoms, allspice, and lemongrass, leading to a core of apple pie and pear drops. The medium-bodied palate is crunchy and well-structured with appealing texture and freshness, finishing with a citrusy lift.

Rahoul 2023 offenbart sich komplex mit subtilen Noten von weißem Pfeffer, Mirabellen und Limettenschale. Im Auftakt ist der Wein leicht salzig, bevor er sich linear und harmonisch offenbart. Er ist balanciert, schmackhaft und bereit, genossen zu werden, verfügt aber über ein respektables Potenzial. Drinking Window : 2025 -2033
