Softly fragrant and floral red fruits on the nose with a hint of milk chocolate - smells so inviting. Bright and forward, crystalline red fruits - strawberries, red currants and raspberries are given lift and energy by fresh acidities with powdery tannins and a gentle salty undercurrent. Feels complete and well balanced, a round and juicy mouthful but well structured with a long length. Enjoyable, unfussy and easy to like with a minty aerated finish. Aged in stainless steel tanks.
