AOC Bordeaux
N°1 Rouge is a red Merlot – Cabernet Sauvignon blend. The wine harnesses all the skills and expertise of the growers, who work hand in hand with the Dourthe winemakers to guarantee optimum, consistent fruit quality. Aged in new French oak barriques, this is a rounded, complex wine, where the oak tannins integrate harmoniously with those present in the wine.
Food pairing
Red and white meat (entrecôte bordelaise, minute steak, beef tartare, neck of lamb, leg of mutton, duck magret), vegetables and side dishes (gratin dauphinois), cheese.
