AOC Saint-Emilion
N°1 Saint-Emilion is only produced in limited quantity to garantee the quality of this fine wine, where only the parcels with the highest quality potential are retained for ageing. Significant work is implemented by our growers in advance of the project to only retain the plots where Merlot and Cabernet Franc have the greatest chance of reaching optimum ripeness.
Tasting notes
With its attractive dark ruby appearance, La Grande Cuvée Saint-Emilion 2020 opens with a delicious and very expressive bouquet, which combines fruity and floral notes (raspberry, violet). Initially round on the palate, the firm body is underpinned by silky tannins. The wine is long and aromatic on the finish, with delicately spicy notes.
